On arrival you will collected from the airport and be welcomed to our home and then left to relax before starting your course which will begin the following morning.

9.00am to 10.30am - Preparation of facililties
10.30am to 11.00am - Break
11.00am to 12.30pm - Food from the wild
12.30pm to 2.00pm - Lunch
2.00pm to 3.30pm - Growing vegetables
3.30pm to 4.00pm - Break
4.00pm to 5.30pm - Animal husbandry
5.30pm finish
7.00pm Evening meal
Day 2
8.00am to 8.30am - Breakfast
9.00am to 10.30am - Preserving garden produce
10.30am to 11.00am - Break
11.00am to 12.30pm - Preserving garden produce
12.30pm to 2.00pm - Lunch
2.00pm to 3.30pm - Butchery for birds
3.30pm to 4.00pm - Break
4.00pm to 5.30pm - Butchery for animals
5.30pm finish
7.00pm Evening meal
Our courses include all meals and some drinks, your evening meal will come with a bottle of wine for 2 people. And all our food is home fare and not processed.
Day 3
This is unfortunately your time to leave us. And with your new found knowledge and friends return home and see what you can achieve for yourselves.
