JULY

8th & 22nd July - The making of  the Macaroons of Le Dorat  meeting at 7 Grande Rue it  lasts about 1hr and costs 2 euros.

9th & 23rd July - Guided Tour of the Old Town - meeting outside 17 Place de la Collegiale 
at 15h30 it lasts about 1hr 30mins and costs 2 euros

10th,17th & 24th July- Guided tour of M Salvan's antiques meeting outside 1 Rue St Michel  at 15h00 it lasts about 1hr and costs 4 euros including a booklet.

11th July - Artisans Days - market / gathering of all the local producers, trades and services. Bar and meal available followed by music in the evening.

12th, 26th & 31st July- Souterrain dit refuge/ tunnnels under Le Dorat guided tour meeting outside 28 Grande Rue- Le Dorat at 15h30 it lasts about 30mins and costs 3 euros

14th July - Bastille Day - Horse racing at the Hippodrome de la Sagne throughout the day including bar and restaurant and fireworks at the Mairie /Town Hall in the evening from 20h30 onwards followed by fun fair in Place Charles de Gaulle.

14th & 28th July  at 15h00  Chat with local ceramics artist M. Edwards in his shop - 6 Boulevard de 8 Mai 1945 it lasts about 30mins and is free browse his works and possibly purchase  piece of art

15th July - Evening Producers Market- buy your produce and have it cooked for you free of charge and then sit and enjoy the evening eating, drinking, mingling with the locals and dancing.

15th , 20th & 29th July Guided tour of the Collegiale St Pierre & the crypt of St Anne  meeting outside 17 Place de la Collegiale at 15h30 the tour lasts about 1h30mins and costs 2 euros

16th & 19th July - Guided tour of the Collegiale and the old town - meeting out side 17 Place de la Collegaile at 15h30 it lasts about 2 hours and costs 3 euros
